In our greatest effort to strive for online transparency and protection of personal information, we collect limited data from our visitors aside from anonymous metrics provided through Google Analytics.  We maintain a client database through contact forms, external appointment URLs (uniform resource locators) and email links that are used as a communication tool mostly through past email exchanges.  Cookies and IP addresses are not digitally collected.  Phone numbers that are used to contact us via our website or toll-free phone number would only be saved in our online database or within the secured device to which the call is answered, we do not trade, sell or publish this information without notification and authorization from the owner.

We reserve the right to communicate with prospective and past clients through various marketing methods.  After initial communication, if a recipient does not desire to receive our marketing material they may opt out by reaching out us by email, contact form, social media messaging or telephone.  Any past clients that wish to verify their stored information for either correction or deletion can contact us.

 Our website is solely used as a communication and advertising tool, we do not endorse or permit any malicious or other activity.  We maintain regular backups, security updates and complete routine maintenance often to create a lasting user experience.
